My name is Christina and in January 2016 I weighed 118kg or 261lbs. I was morbidly obese and in danger of dying. After 1 year on a ketogenic diet I’ve lost over 105lbs and completely reversed PCOS. Unlike other keto experts out there I’ve been morbidly obese and been through the weight loss journey. I know the pain and the struggles of living as an obese person and what it takes to get through the weight loss journey. I’ll share my knowledge of keto, meals ideas, tips & tricks and simplify the science I learn. Subscribe and join me on a journey to a healthier us!

  1. Thank you touching on this subject. I think the topic is confusing because epigenetics is still rather new, therefore it's a rather new concept & there's not a lot of information about it. This was a nice introduction video to it (if you will be following up with a more in depth video).

Stephanie Keto Person touches on the subject on many of her videos – esp how it can affect your children. Unless I need a dose of keto whoop-@$$ though, I'm just not the biggest fan of her deliverance/stance of the keto lifestyle (far too strict for me, personally) so I haven't watched her videos for several months.

  2. Yes! You are not so much what you eat… You are what your Mum n Grandma ate😁. Leafy greens are great re methylation and acetylation so Keto does support us… Now if only the Governments would allow children to learn that they can proactively alter their gene expression via epigenetic tinkering of specific food to aide and support/ alter their genetic predisposition….. We'd have far less folk crippled with chronic disease. Good shout Christina. Thanks x

  3. This is fascinating! I love that good food is our best medicine! When you return from vacation, could you please speak about NAD or niacin and if it's useful in helping to actual burn fat? I've seen studies that are positive and studies that are inconclusive. Thank you for this great video!

  4. sorry christina i loved your videos from the start but now they are getting so confusing …way to much info to what you were saying at the start …your info is starting to make keto dis heartening with so many confusing steps

  5. I had 12 years ago breast cancer, the only thing that I heard is NO SUGAR, that is pure food for cancer.
the saddest thing is, not a word from the doctors but from alternative doctors and orthomolecular therapists.
