Iv drip therapy and light energy training limbering up to complement weight training and concept muscle memory and fruit juices good fish .. or what's needed to help the body as a whole while complementing community's galactic flow" rice" plates are awsome tbh and sauna and community support like a big taught love hard knock .. sweet

  2. I am 60 and in the best shape of my life. I meditate and journal for the first two hours of my morning, get up super early. Always write what I am grateful for and practice interminate fasting 5 plus days a week. I eat between 1PM-8PM. I eat Keto, around 20-30 carbs a day, 45grams of protein lots of fresh rare veggies. Cycle carbs up twice a week. Sleep 7-8 hours a night, practice vinyasa hot yoga 5 days a week in the mornings, walk 45 minutes twice a week, get my bare feet on the ground by going to the hills, I live in Colorado, mediate in the afternoon as well. Keep my vibration at the JOY level. Follow Dr. Dispenza, Bruce Lipton. And I have had cancer! Almost died.

  3. Epigenetics is reprogramming your DNA through your thoughts , actions, and beliefs. I'm doing Kundalini Yoga with my husband at 3:30 a.m. and then running around the nearby Reservoir at 4:20 a.m. and then juicing and eating healthy! The biggest thing was when I started using access Consciousness statements and rewriting my story and my program. I use epigenetics in my everyday life to create what I want to create which is a beautiful world in a healthy and happy body.

  5. I m working at disengaging from WHITE REFINED SUGARS. CAFFEINE & chocolate. Sleep LESS. ENJOY more of my PRECIOUS TIME AWAKE: EMBRACE my PRECIOUS LIFE!!!😆. I WAS SLEEPING my LIFE AWAY. DUE TO CHRONIC FATIGUE SUFFERING LAST 20 SOME YEARS. AFTER menopause hormonal change of LIFE. I LOOK younger than my age😅🏆👍✌💐🎶 It is difficult to increase TIME AWAKE. STRENGTH IS LOW. I have many ALLERGIES. Have had since a baby girl. I slept much when i was very young. I need to STAY. AWAY from dairy cows milk. Have a great active day!!!😅 👌👌👌
