S/he has worked with organizations worldwide, including Salesforce, Twilio, Google, Trumaker, Ever AI, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems, Facebook, United States Digital Service (USDS), Shuddle, HopSkipDrive, and Adobe.

At Responsive Conference 2018, R.K lead an interactive workshop on “The Epigentics of a Team,” which examined the roots of belonging, and the needs that arise as a result – in our families, at work, and beyond.
